Trailing shoe with lateral silicone seal and gas nozzle holder
By adjusting the pipe clamp allows the inclination and distance of the gas nozzle correct,
also the optional remove the lateral silicone seal is possible without any problems!
Custom-Made length are possible !
Material = Aluminium and stainless steel gas distribution + heat-resistant silicone-lips ( exchangeable )
Width: with silicone = 65mm; Width: without silicone = 52mm

Trailing Gas Nozzle Typ 3 flexible with silicone sealing

The Type 3 is a 250 mm long, 60 mm (rear) - 80 mm (front) wide flexible Trailing Gas Nozzle, with which not only straight longitudinal seams but also round inner- or circular outer seams can be welded. This is made possible by a deformable shaped carrier body made of stainless steel, a high temperature resistant silicone profile is vulcanized on the side and in the rear area. Thus the processing of round inner seams in pipe diameters from about Ø 100 mm is possible. In addition, the handling and management of the trailing shield designed extremely easy due to its low weight of only 220 g. For all trailing shields please tell us the outer nozzle diameter or the torch shaft diameter !

Type 3-s is an individual to the pipe dimensions coordinated or custom built trailing shoe, this can be as a closed unit also open.
